We believe that teamwork and communication are essential to achieving a smooth and seamless transaction. Our Fee Schedule is as follows:

RESALE TRANSACTIONS:

Our fees are calculated on the property sales price, using the following formulas:
  • A base fee of $175 plus $1.95 per one thousand of the sales price (each side — Seller and Buyer). Contact our office for a quote for all considerations of $1 million or more.
LOAN TRANSACTIONS:

Flat fee for all loans (refinance) transactions:
  • $450 First Trust Deed only or Second Trust Deed only

  • $500 First and Second Concurrent
MISCELLANEOUS FEES:

(Only if applicable) Loan Tie-In:
  • Buyer (Basic) $100

  • First and Second Concurrent $150 (waived if new loan is FHA or VA)
DOCUMENT PREPARATION:

  • Seller (Basic) $100 (includes: grant deed, 1099 and demand)

  • Note and Deed of Trust $100 (seller carry back or private party)

  • E-Mail Loan Documents $100
